Property Mark - Phil Spencer - How to conduct Property Viewings Safely

As agents we want to ensure that if you are interested in a property then you have the chance to see it in person to make an informed choice. However we also adhere to all the current guidelines to protect you and help stop the spread of covid.

- We ask that you watch the video first if we have one so that the property is on your shortlist

- Sadly we can not have too many people attending a viewing (ideally no children or pets)

- Social distancing must be in place

- Masks should be worn at all times.

Phil Spencer has worked with Propertymark our trading body to produce the following short video for you.
