James Gardner
James has had over 25 years of industry experience previously selling IT outsourcing to the UK Government across the country for major Tier 1 companies such as Dell Computers. James was appointed by his wife Fiona in early 2009 to help facilitate the growth of the business. James's role focuses on operational and service excellence, performance marketing, business process systems, supplier relationships and development of Fresh Move.
Fiona Gardner
Holder of NAEA & ARLA Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management. Previously a Global Marketing Director based in London, Fiona decided in 2006 to return home to the south-west and establishing Fresh Move. With over 10 years in Tier 1 Corporate Marketing, Fiona was ready for a new challenge. A landlord herself, she understood the objectives and requirements for successful lettings, and set about designing a company that put landlords first and to challenge the negative views she found in her research. Since 2006, Fresh Move has grown from strength to strength with dedicated staff geared to providing the best possible service.
Debbie Palmer
Debbie's vast experience in property management ensures a seamless and reassuring experience all our tenants and owners. She oversees all aspects of the lettings cycle and feels that good customer service is vital, and prides herself in making sure all her clients are thoroughly cared for. As well as a deep knowledge of tenancy procedures, Debbie has an enviable contacts book to ensure maintenance is prompt and that all stakeholders get the support they need.
