There are two types of insurance that tenants and landlords should be aware of;- Cover for the buildings and Cover for contents

Landlords/Freeholders - Buildings need to be covered along with property owners liability. In addition, if there are 'common parts', for example in a block of flats, or there is any value in landlords contents in a let property.
